EventCetera was created by people who have worked hard to raise funds for non-profit organizations, and yet who are avid fans and supporters of the arts (as well as performers themselves) and who despise outrageous ticketing fees just as much as your patrons do.

Since needs and feature usage can vary so widely from client to client, we give individual quotes to ensure that no client is charged any more than necessary. But our quotes are based on the following:

  • 45 cents per item sold
  • + 10 cents per comp
  • + 1/2 percent of all donations
  • minimum annual fee: $600
  • maximum annual fee cap: $2000 *
  • Setup Fees range from $0-$1000 depending on the data you want to import and other needs. Setup fees are fully refundable within six months should you decide that our system is not the best to meet your needs.
  • Fees are invoiced to you on a quarterly basis and never appear on your patrons' orders.
